Terms and Conditions for Oura Intimacy Institute

Welcome to Oura Intimacy Institute! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oura Intimacy Institute website (OuraIntimacyInstitute.com), our virtual intimacy coaching and training services, and any related products or offerings (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. 2. Nature of Services

Oura Intimacy Institute provides intimacy coaching, training, and related support services, including prenuptial intimacy training, committed couples coaching, individual intimacy journeys, hormone testing, and hormone replacement therapies.

• Coaching vs. Medical Advice: Our coaching services are intended for educational, informational, and supportive purposes only. While our hormone-related services involve medical professionals, our coaching and training do not constitute legal, or financial advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional, attorney, or financial advisor for advice specific to your situation.
• Virtual Delivery: All Services are provided virtually through secure online platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and a private, secure environment for your sessions.

3. Medical Services (Hormone Testing & Therapy)

• Professional Oversight: Hormone testing and hormone replacement therapies (HRT/TRT) are provided by, or under the direct supervision of, licensed medical professionals affiliated with Oura Intimacy Institute. These services require a medical consultation and are subject to the medical professional's discretion.
• Patient-Provider Relationship: Engaging in hormone testing or therapy establishes a patient-provider relationship for those specific medical services.
• Required Follow-ups & Testing: For TRT, specific follow-up visits (quarterly) and regular hemoglobin testing (every three months) are required to ensure your safety and the efficacy of your treatment. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the suspension or termination of your TRT services.
• Medication Payments: For TRT, prescription medications are paid directly by you to your chosen pharmacy on a monthly basis. For other HRT (e.g., pills for a 3-month supply), payment details will be provided at the time of service.
• Additional Costs: Please be aware that certain tests (e.g., hemoglobin tests if done with us) may incur additional costs.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your engagement with our Services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Engage respectfully and constructively during all coaching sessions and interactions.
• Promptly inform us of any changes to your health information or contact details relevant to your services.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and provided during our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Oura Intimacy Institute or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oura Intimacy Institute, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oura Intimacy Institute, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington County, Utah, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediatelywhen we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Oura Intimacy Institute regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
